NOTICE: Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used and that includes "trying them on". Please inspect your clip-in extensions thoroughly for color, quality and texture before wearing them or even trying them on. USED EXTENSIONS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.
Return policy: You may return unused clip-in hair extensions, with the exception of custom orders, for refund or exchange to be received within 10 days of the shipment date. There will be a $20 restocking fee for returns received after 10 days and before 15 days. Returns or exchanges after 15 days will not be accepted. Sorry, but HCE cannot accept used or worn hair extensions unless the item is defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A copy of the sales receipt must accompany all returns. When you return an item, follow the instructions below, and most importantly indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return HCE cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement, if you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 5-10 business days.
